woaaahh AWESOME my very first blog hello batfans this is batknight 34 and this is my personal top 30 list of what i consider to be the most scary intimidateing and down right creepiest batman villians. Now right off the bat ( no pun intended) this list isnt an end all be all kind of list or a list of who is the best villian over all. This is simply just a list of who i think is the most intimidateing villian starting from creepy to down right "please god dont let me run into this person in a dark alley!!!" kind of horrifying. this list will also analyze certain factors about the each villian that makes them so scary also what to do if these charachters were real and you were face to face with one of them! On a side note two or three of the vilians on this list will be added to one number depending on the simlarites they share

Before crazed clowns and scarred lawyers there were the old world crime familes, and none were more notorious in gotham city then the falcone crime family. Headed by the powerful mafia chieftian
Don carmine the roman falcone. They were gothams original gangsters and virtualy ran the city doing everything from gun running,prostitution,drugs and extortion you name it they did it. The roman could pretty much get away with murder ( probobly had on multiple occassions) and why? simple.... money. falcone had the entire city bought and paid for haveing both the mayor the now late commissioner gillian loeb as well as his police force in his back pocket running the city from behind the scenes at the same time to save face from the the media falcone simply refered to himself as a bussness man in the export and distribution of fine wine and imported italian shoes.
SCARE FACTOR : real world fear whats so scary about this charachter is that he is pretty much the most real of all batman villians men like him have and perhaps still exist to this day though not as extreme as carmine is. a mob boss with government officials in his back pocket is truely some thing to be scared of if your the victim of a crime that so happends to be by one of falcones men youll be lucky if the police even file a report
IF THEY WERE REAL if you happen to be doing something like say gambleing at one of falcones famous casinos .......dont ...ever.... cheat becuase odds are you will get caught and two very large italian men will be standing behind your chair asking you to come with them.. (and when i mean asking i mean you dont really have a choice ) youll probobly be taken in a dark room...with one light hanging above your head...and if by some act of god they let you leave alive it wont be in one peace you,ll probobly be missing an apendage
ROMAN SIONIS AKA THE BLACK MASK []
they say a mask can show what you are on the inside
ive always seen black mask as a kind of ( what if bruce wayne went bad) kind of charachter born to a rich family similar to wayne but with notible differences. roman was was born to neglegctful and coldhearted parents who dragged him along to parties forceing him to socialize with the other kids including a young bruce wayne. after his parents gained ownership of a large cosmettic company, roman burnt down his parents home while they were still inside. after gaining his inheretance money as well as gaining ownership of janus cosmetics company he quickly ran the company into the ground and could have went bankrupt if wayne enterprises had'nt bought out the company. this was the last straw in romans mind an action that also caused him to harbor a deep burning hatred for bruce wayne. turning to a life of organized crime he quickly doned a black wooden masked carved from his fathers coffen and used the money he had earned to fund other lucritive busnesses as fronts for crimminal activites he quickly came into conflict with batman who while in a fight inadvertantly seared the mask to his face causeing it now to resemble a black skull. sionis shares some crimminal similarites with carmine falcone drugs murder human trafficing illegal arms dealing etc, but the similarites end there black mask has a notrious short temper and a sick sadist like attitude delighting in the agony of others unlike most crime bosses black mask is not too good to get involved with illegal activites he is often seen at weapon arms deals and is usualy the one preforming hits on rival gangs if not he usualy hires an assassin to get the job done . the last thing you want is black mask handleing a " situation" so to speak, becuase he will not make it quick and painless despite being an expert with firearms black mask prefers to get his hands dirty he,ll drag it out through methods of torture a perfect example being what he did to stephanie brown aka the spoiler during the war games story arc , chaining her up for days on end before tourtureing and then supposedly fataly shooting her. thankfully it was not as fatal as it seemed. Neverthless black mask is the perfect example if you put a psychopath with a brilliant mind at the head of organized crime.....all hell breaks loose
SCARE FACTOR:certifiable psychopath the fear for this charechter comes from the idea that what if someone the likes of jeffery dhamer the nightstalker or god forbid charles manson was given a powerfull position with lots of money and resources. the results would be horrifying to say the least
IF THEY WERE REAL : Do not ever stare at romans face and if you do pray he dosent catch you iif there is one thing roman hates thats second to bruce wayne . its being stared at roman has a thing for giving people who cross him a fate worse then death most victims die a day later as a result of romans actions but if you manage to survive .... youll wish you had'nt
OSWALD COBBLEPOT AKA THE PENGUIN
size dosent matter .. not when the penguins involved
if there were ever a a person who was a perfect represention of the phrase dont judge a book by its cover it would be this man right here oswald chesterfield cobblepot otherwise known as the penguin. as a charachter the penguin has gone through many changes from both his looks and personality hes been seen as a gentleman of crime and a sick twisted deformed psychopath. as a child he was teased very much due to his short stature, obesity, and beak like nose which caused his family to shun him becoming an outcast made him decide that he would never be looked down upon again the monkier of mockery that plauged him during his childhood would soon become a name that would be synonomus with crime with the use of his vast wealth penguin utilized his resources to become one of the most intelegent and most unexpectedly dangerous crime bosses in all of gotham. oswald from an early age was never very physically strong or intimdateing so he focused on developing his keen intelect which is always sinister in nature he is almost always seen with an umbrella which usualy contans something lethal , machine gun, poison needle, acid, and a flamethrower etc. also despite his size penguin many of times has often caught those who have chalanged him to a physical confrontation by suprise he is incredibley agile despite his stature and is a master of judo takeing down men much larger then he is. oswald is also an expert tactical analyst setting up incredibley clever plans against rival supervillans and crime bosses that if not for batman sometimes succeed. the penguin is by far the most unexpected scary villian on this list despite being the most sane out of all of them for one reason they say the most terrifying foe...can be forged from a lifetime of pain,penguin spent his whole childhood being mocked and ridiculed .. when he was a child ..he could do nothing .. now .. if someone is stupid enough to mock him he,ll feed you to his pet great white shark named tiny
SCARE FACTOR; UNEXPECTED FEAR: The penguin brings to mind the idea of a person seen as a nerd in highschool who is picked on by all the jocks. as the years pass the jocks loose there good looks get married have kids and a work a 9 to 5 job for the same company, owned by the very nerd whom they picked on so many years ago, the very nerd that can make there professional lives a living hell that is if he chose to go that one immoral step further. the only difference between the nerd and the penguin is if the jocks dont like the job they can quit...however quitting the penguin means cement shoes at the bottom of the river..and thats if your lucky, the penguins inferority complex makes him quite brutal when it comes to punishing his henchman hes fed men to a great white shark, used mister freeze,s gun to freeze a mans hand and shatter it with a hammer, and has locked a disloyal employee in an oven for four hours penguin is not a man to be screwed with thats for sure
IF THEY WERE REAL : planning on heading to the iceberg lounge tonight? hope so, the night is young the food is great, the club is full of beautiful women, and the drinks are surpriseingly well priced....just dont ever ask penguin for any favors..oh dont worry oswald is a man of his word and will most likely take care of any problem....but once that problem is solved it means you owe him and once you owe a debt to the penguin... its a debt your going to be paying for a very long time ...if thats a problem....penguin could always introduce you to his friend tiny

EDUARDO FLAMMINGO
the most dangerous man that ever wore pink...
most people would take a first glance at the assassin known as flammingo and would probobly assume because of his moniker that he isnt much of a threat ,,, those foolish enough to make such an assumption are usualy dead before they realize they underestimated him. enter eduardo flammingo who was once a normal man with a family like everyone else unfortunatly for him he got on the bad side of the wrong group of people.That group of people so happened to to be the mob they caputured and and instead of killing him they removed parts of his brain turning flammingo from normal man to insane serial killer without out any moral conscience. after killing his family the same gangsters that turned him into a horrific monster now keep him on their payroll as an enforcer and hitman. Flammingo will take any job given to him no matter how big or small. unlike most assassins in gotham who enjoy their profession for the money they earn, flammingo relishes tourtureing both his targets and even random innocent bystanders. he has earned infamy as "The eater of faces", flammingo has come pretty close to punching the tickets of at least three members of the bat family includeing batman himself throwing him off the edge of a building, shooting robin five times at point blank range in the back , and nearly put a bullet in jason todd's skull had it not been for his helmet. flamingo is in excellent physical condition is an an expert with a bull and chain whip along with several firearms although he prefers smg's he also drives a variety of vehicles but he has a taste for fast motorcycles and is usually seen driving his signiture pink chopper.
many in the crimminal underworld consider him to be a dream come true when it comes to getting a killer for hire. no conscience, no soul, he is an assassin that truely enjoys what he does if you happen to make the mistake of getting on bad terms with gothams criminal underworld and they decide to send in flamingo ....dont bother begging for mercy ...its not in his vocabulary
SCARE FACTOR: THE PINK DEATH being a fairly new charachter i was hesitant to put eduardo on this list, simply becuase i had not heard that much about him. after some extensive reaserch i took the time to think about how scary the thought of someone without a conscience is, the charachter of eduardo flamingo seemed to bring to light refernce of an infamous Los Angeles serial killer richard ramirez aka the night stalker a man who had no conscience and who seemed to enjoy mutilateing his victems. talk about nightmare fuel!!
IF THEY WERE REAL: honestly i wouldent know what to do to prevent an encounter with someone like the flamingo especaily if hes a mob enforcer, my only advice would be to not piss off the mob. if you happen to see a pink motor cycle roaring down the street, stay inside of your house and pray he decides not to come after you

Sandra woosan other wise known as Lady Shiva is widely considered to be the DC univerese most deadleiest unarmed combatants and is a martial arts grandmaster , shiva is one of the few of batman's enemies that can fight him to a standstill. Born and raised to be a warrior and protector her village. unbeknownst to her this villiage was owned by the league of assassins leader ras al ghul. Eventually, Shiva successfully fled to Detroit with her sister using the names Sandra and Carolyn Wu-San. There, they devoted their time to practicing the martial arts. becuase of the bond they had as sisters their training grew into a kind of secret language through body movement only they could share.Out of love for her sister sandra would usualy hold back when sparing with her , the assassin david cain saw this as an obsticle in sandras way of unlocking her true potiental. he saw sandra as a kindered spirit and while visiting detroit he murdered carolyn.Discovering that David Cain had murdered her sister, Sandra hunted him down, only to be lured into an ambush by the League of Assassins, of which Cain was a member realizing that this was a looseing battle sandra realized how much underdeveloped potential she had and spared cains life.Shiva set out with her martial arts and began training to perfect them. She went on adventures with Richard Dragon and became addicted to the adrenaline rush that is gained from life or death situations. She eventually became a mercenary for hire in order to finance her activities. She became so skilled that people will pay high prices for her services. since then shiva has dedicated her entire being to becomeing a human weapon and has shown time and again that she is not to be trifled with she,s taken down martial arts masters from across the globe and fought over a dozen ninja assasins while pregenent. the term fight like a girl is non existant when it comes to lady shiva and anyone fool enough to use such a term in her presence would fall victem to her deadlly lepoard blow technique.
SCARE FACTOR : DEADLY HANDS getting involved in a fight that your outmatched in is one thing
but getting involved in a fight against someone who has expeirance killing with her bare hands is a whole different story shiva is litraily a living weapon. each strike she throws is designed to instantly kill her opponent usualy finishing her fights with her signiture leapord blow strike a single paw knuckle blow aimed directly into the bridge of the nose causeing the nasel bones to push up into the brain..... a very bad...bad way to die
IF THEY WERE REAL : to all you would be mma fighters bar room brawlers street thugs and all around tough guys or just general smack talkers dont ever make the mistake of challenging lady shiva to a fight not only would you be seen as suicidal but those who by some miracle survive would most likely never walk again.... life is precious people
SLADE WILSON AKA DEATHSTROKE []
a true jack of all trades assassin, slade wilson is considered to be the the absolute best hitman the dc universe has ever seen from hand to hand combat,swordsmanship and expertiese in firearms as well as the ablitiy to use 9 times more of his brain power then a normal human when it comes to being an assassin deathstroke has truely earned his nick name " the termenator. when Wilson was sixteen years old he first enlisted in the United States Army, faking his age. After serving a stint in Korea, he was later assigned to Camp Washington where he had been promoted to the rank of Major. In the early 1960s, he met Captain Adeline Kane who was tasked with training young soldiers in new fighting techniques in anticipation of brewing troubles taking place in Vietnam. Kane was amazed at how skilled Slade was and how quickly he adapted to modern conventions of warfare. She immediately fell in love with him, and realized that he was without a doubt the most able-bodied combatant she had ever encountered. She offered to privately train Slade in guerrilla warfare. In less than a year, Slade mastered every fighting form presented to him and was soon promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel six months later slade and adeline were married and had there first child grant.ome time later, Wilson volunteered for a medical experiment designed to stimulate his adrenal gland in the hopes of increasing a soldier's ability to resist truth serums. The experiment did not go as expected, and Slade fell into a coma. When he awakened however, he discovered that was now capable of using 90% of his brain capacity, and his strength, durability and agility were increased to near superhuman levels.A few years later, a group of hired mercenaries broke into the Wilsons' mansion and kidnapped young Joey. Adeline attempted to fight them off, but a gas grenade prevented her from saving her son. When Slade discovered what had happened, he knew he could not keep the truth from his wife any longer. Slade was not only a world famous safari hunter, he was also one of the world's deadliest and most highly sought after assassins - Deathstroke the Terminator. He promised Adeline that he would save their son. Together, they flew to Tangier and squared off against a rival mercenary known as the Jackal. The Jackal wanted Slade to reveal important information relating to a client or else he would have his men kill Joey. Slade gambled on the idea that he could save his son before the Jackal could give the order. Unfortunately, Joseph's throat was slashed by one of the criminals before Slade could prevent it, destroying his vocal cords and rendering him mute. After taking Joseph to the hospital, Slade's wife, enraged at his endangerment of her son, tried to kill Slade by shooting him, but only managed to destroy his right eye. Since then slade has come into conflict with the likes of the teen titans leader nightwing as well as batman him self, wilson has often come close to takeing some of the family but thanks to batmans quick planning slade has not succeded..... yet
SCARE FACTOR: ABSOLOUTE KILLING MACHINE, deathstroke is considered to be the super soilder of assassins and for good reasons. along with enhanced strength speed a healing factor hand to hand combat and weaponry skills and stamina slad can also use 9 percent more fo his brain essentialy turning his brian into a kind of organic super computer, slade is an absolute must on this list ....ok yeah he made me say that ......p..pl.please dont hurt me mr wilson!!

A former reasearch scientist gone psycotic Obsessed from a young age with Lewis Carroll's Alice in wonderland embraced a delusion that he was the incarnation of a character in the story, the Mad Hatter. Using his hypnotic skills for mesmerism, HE has committed many crimes often themed around the book along with his love of hats and headgear, going so far as to plant his hats, ranging from pith helmets to bowlers, with mind control chips to amplify his hypnosis skills.Tetch often utilizes his technological mind-control devices to commit his crimes. He is also a master of hypnotism and mind control. .he is truely both obsessed and fascinated with hats of all shapes and sizes, as well as Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel Through the Looking Glass, particularly favoring the chapter 'A Mad Tea Party'. He is obsessive-compulsive, highly delusional, suffers from psychotic manic depression, and can even sometimes be homicidal. He exhibits delusions and thought processes typical of schizophrenia. Not only is he often known to quote and associate with Carroll's Wonderland novels, but he often fails to discern between these stories and reality. He will go to insane lengths to get what he wants and Above all other headwear, he covets Batman's distinctive cowl and will stop at nothing to acquire it.

HUGO STRANGE[]
I KNOW YOU ARE....BRUCE ..WAYNE
Scientist, philosopher and a criminal genius ... little is known of him, yet this man is undoubtedly the greatest organizer of crime in the world. with his signiture bald misshapen head , coke bottle glasses and bushy eye brows to match Hugo Strange is an evil psychologist and chemical genius and is one of the very few that knows Batman's secret identity and lusts to take the identity for himself. Just as The Batman was familiar with him, Strange knew of his adversary long before they met. Cursing an underling for not killing him when he had the chance, Strange declared that "The Batman is the only man with the imagination to sense the exact nature of our plans." Strange had first gained fame in the world of psychology when he claimed to have fully analyzed the Dark Knight from afar. Strange would lend credence to his own claims by learning of Batman's true identity of Bruce Wayne. However, his hatred of Batman turned into more and more of a deranged obsession, using his medical expertise to hatch a series of bizarre plots based around genetics and mind control in order to defeat Batman and possibly take his place. Strange has has numorus conflicts with batman either envolving blackmail or genetic engeiering , monster men,mutants etc. at one point Strange became professor of Psychiatry at Gotham State University, but had his tenure suspended due to his increasingly bizarre theories in genetic engineering. At some point, he is approached by an Indian man named Sanjay, who seeks Strange's aid in curing his sick brother. Strange agrees to help, and Sanjay works loyally by his side from that point onward. Borrowing money from gangster Sal Maroni, who is in the employ of Gotham's criminal kingpin Carmine Falcone, Strange sets up a lab. He then bribes a corrupt orderly to give him incurably insane inmates from Arkham Asylum - who have been institutionalized so long that they will not be missed.
Strange's experiments have literally monstrous results, with his test subjects turning into gigantic, mindless "Monster Men", possessing superhuman strength and cannibalistic instincts. Strange uses these Monster Men to raise the money he needs to pay back his Mafia connections. Batman becomes involved after discovering some of the gruesome remains of the Monster's Men's cannibalistic rampages. When Strange sets his creations free at an illegal poker game, helping himself to the victims' money after the slaughter, his Mafia connections begin to grow suspicious. Batman tracks Strange down, but is captured by Sanjay and thrown to the Monster Men as an intended meal. Batman not only holds off the creatures, but uses them in part of an inventive escape. Strange is enthralled by Batman, believing that he has found a genetically perfect man. He creates one final Monster Man using a drop of Batman's blood, and while his creation still has many of the flaws of its "brothers", it lacks most of the grotesque disfigurements that had plagued Strange's earlier work. However, Strange is forced to destroy his lab in order to evade capture. Soon after, he turns the Monster Men loose, including Sanjay's brother (who had been mutated in a failed attempt to cure him), at Falcone's estate, where Strange's Mafia connections are staying. Strange wants a fresh start, and realizes that the Mafia is still a link to his experiments. In the battle that follows, all of the Monster Men are killed, along with Sanjay (who was attempting to avenge his brother). Strange escapes amid the chaos, and succeeds in eradicating all links between himself and his experiments. Confident that he can not be linked to them, years later stange had been posing as a psychiatrist doing standard stress evaluations at Wayne Enterprises. While Bruce Wayne is on the couch, Strange drugs him with a powerful hallucinogen in order to coax Wayne into admitting that he is Batman. Batman escapes and triggers a post-hypnotic suggestion in himself, forcing him to completely repress the Batman aspect of his mind until Robin and Nightwing can thwart Strange. Believing that his theory that Bruce Wayne has been disproved, and that he may have actually killed Batman, Strange had a mental breakdown and is taken to Arkham Asylum.
SCARE FACTOR :....HE KNOWS!! the one legitmitly scary thing about hugo strange is that he is an expert on the human mind. all he has to do is look at someone and he can tell what your feeling when you felt something or how your going to react to a certian situation on top of that he brings about a fear alot of people have fear of your dirty laundry or in batmans case his secret identity being exposed once someone has information on you theyve got you were it counts to hugo strange information is power and it can lead to very terrifying results

hugo strange is definately not to be trusted he is trained to physical perfection and a brilliant psychological analyst. He possesses extensive knowledge of genetics, and uses this to frequently aid in his plans as he carries out his fixation on Batman and his secret identity. Strange, however, is currently plagued by schizophrenic episodes that leave him confused and dangerous.smartest thing you can do is stay away from bald men with beards and coke bottle glasses ...you never know when you might have .. a strange encounter

Lazzlo valentin is considered to be one of the most psychotic mad scientists gotham has ever seen also known as Professor Pyg has an obsession with making people "perfect", which he accomplishes by transforming them into Dollotrons, a process that bonds false "doll" faces to their own, presumably permanently. Professor Pyg uses cordless drills, hammers and ice picks along with the "doll" faces in the process of converting his victims into Dollotrons. It appears the operation he performs involves brain surgery or a form of lobotomization and possible gender realignment. Behind his mask he is a middle-aged Caucasian male. He wears a simple pig mask and is often depicted wearing a makeshift surgical outfit. althought not much is known about his past it is well documented that he is a gifted nero surgeon coupled with being absoloutly out of his mind makes him a dangerous foe for the bat family

Doctors are usualy given a large amount of trust with there patients which is exactly what makes lazzlo so horrifying he has his own sick and twisted verson of perfection turning his poor haplless victems into frankenstine like abomonations to the professor pain..is just the begining of perfection
